I called Carlos immediately and asked him about this highly unprofessional clean-up. This reply was "we use thousands of nails for the job, finding a 8-10 in the driveway is not bad".

As opposed to that, Carlos took his time and did an excellent job at explaining what was included in the quote. I picked Premier only based on how well Carlos presented himself, even though Saenz had better reviews online and from my neighbors. But as one might expect, things changed after I signed the contract. I had to follow up several times over 6 weeks to schedule an installation date from Carlos.

They tried to finish the job in one day. The weather wasn't great so it took more time than expected. They tried to cut corners here and there.
So I surely recommend them especially Carlos. First and foremost, Premier were the only roofing company in the area to actually call me back when I had a leak. We decided to go ahead an replace the entire roof then and there. Their crew were absolutely amazing and efficient. We had some issues with communication over materials but Premier went out of their way to resolve them. One particular instance had the owner himself over to install a skylight blind.
