(I ended up finding 15+ nails from my driveway, front porch and sidewalk). The nails were highly visible and should have been picked up by the cleaning crew; even without using the magnetic sweeper. I called Carlos immediately and asked him about this highly unprofessional clean-up. This reply was "we use thousands of nails for the job, finding a 8-10 in the driveway is not bad".

We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them. We had some questions with first estimate. Carlos came out and sat with us and made adjustments. We will see hoe everything goes with roof after this, but things look good right how they have very professional and through. They were done in a day and left no mess. All of the materials used were top notch.

Removed the old roof shingles and laid down the new roof. The men work all day including in the lite rain. They even installed a matching roof on our shed. It didn't go well they gave me and estimate for more than it would normally cost because I was using a voucher I purchased from angieslist.

I understand it is the busy time of the year but it shouldn't have taken that long. Anyway, not a concern as our old roof was still in a good shape and we weren't in a rush to get it done ASAP. The installation was done on a Saturday in mid-July. While the installation seems good , the contractors did a TERRIBLE job at cleaning after the installation. It was shocking that they left at the end of day without a final walk through and informing me the installation was complete. I realized they were gone when I went out to get something from my car and found them all gone.
So I surely recommend them especially Carlos. First and foremost, Premier were the only roofing company in the area to actually call me back when I had a leak. We decided to go ahead an replace the entire roof then and there. Their crew were absolutely amazing and efficient. We had some issues with communication over materials but Premier went out of their way to resolve them. One particular instance had the owner himself over to install a skylight blind.
